Sibel is the founder and first creator of GSMA’s actively used PRD “Roaming Guide”. She has worked in numerous countries and companies worldwide and served both as a board member and as a consultant. Turkey, Oman, Albania, Luxembourg, UAE and Malaysia are a few to name. She has held Roaming, Interconnect, Business development roles in many individual MNOs, vendors and MNO groups such as Vodafone, Telecom Italia, Ooredoo and Axiata. She has excellent International Roaming service set up start-up experience. She has established her own practice in Dubai in 2015. She has invited to be one of the speakers at “Global Strategy Review January 2019” in Cadiz, Spain organized by ROCCO Group. She is based in New York, USA for her first entrepreneurial experience. She loves creatures; big and small, traveling; near and far, cooking proven and experimental, adventures actual and virtual and learning usual and unusual.

Dhiraj is the CEO of ROCCO Strategy and one of the few subject matter experts in the Telecommunications field of Roaming & Interconnect. Dhiraj has spent over 20 years working on Roaming Wholesale, Product Management and Retail Propositions.

Dhiraj has had a broad remit, building his telecom career with the Hutchison group, T-Mobile, EE and BT before joining ROCCO.

Making Roaming work since 1995.

Jason has worked for O2 UK for 10 years, Vodafone Roaming Services for 4 years, a small MVNO and two industry vendors and is experienced in Strategy and Commercial decision-making.

Jason has chaired GSMA Roaming Innovation Group and won four industry awards for Innovation and ideas.

SUNIL JOSHI

LECTURER

Sunil has 17+ years of experience in Telecoms, working mostly for tier 1 MNOs primarily in the Roaming & Interconnects domain.

He currently works for EE (now part of BT) where he heads up a team looking after roaming products, contracts and footprint expansion.

His engagement and contribution within the GSMA is also well recognised in the industry. One of the claims to his fame is his work on preventing roaming voice fraud which is now a de facto solution within most groups and MNOs.
